Hi, I’m Sarah!
I’m a lifelong appreciator of science and nature who loves to help science “click” for the curious-minded. While my degree is in biology, my interests and writing span many scientific topics—from medical research to geology, climate change to extremophile microbiology—and I’m fascinated by big and small discoveries alike.
Raised in Northern California by two earth scientists, I’m now based in the Pacific Northwest. In my spare time, I enjoy getting outside and making music, often both at once.
